Total Visibility, Trusted Data:
Tufts unified all healthcare data across the entire patient population into one validated source of data, empowering them to make confident decisions and validate every metric.

Scalable Reporting Without the Burden: Tufts achieved streamlined multi-EHR quality-submission readiness across its network with a platform that reduces administrative burden.

Results That Drive Revenue: Tufts improved performance measures, measure accruacy, and unlock shared savings with infrastructure built for CMS’s evolving requirements.
Turn Complex Data Into Shared Savings
Tufts Medicine ACO faced a common but critical challenge: fragmented data, lack of data visibility, and rising pressure to meet CMS requirements for quality benchmarks, measure reporting, and shared savings revenue.

In this session, leaders from Tufts and ReportingMD share how they built a clinically trusted, enterprise-wide data foundation that enabled full ACO readiness, improved quality scores, and unlocked significant shared savings improvements. Learn How:

-
Tufts Built a Trusted, Network-Wide Data Foundation: See how Tufts unified claims, clinical, and quality data into a single, validated dataset across their entire patient population—unlocking visibility into care gaps that drove rapid, measurable improvement (including dramatic gains in diabetes control in under five months).
-
Tufts Turned Strategic Quality Measurement Into a Financial Asset: Learn how aligning measure logic, attribution, and reporting strategy supports MSSP performance, ensuring eCQM, CQM, and Medicare CQM submissions reinforce shared savings instead of putting them at risk.
-
Tufts Improved Performance Without Adding Administrative Burden: Understand how Tufts operationalized quality and risk insights without increasing documentation or manual abstraction, freeing teams to focus on care delivery, not reporting.
-
Tufts Built a Data System That Scales With Evolving Value-Based Care Programs: Discover how unified, validated data can power digital quality measurement today while laying the groundwork for population health strategy, downside risk readiness, and enterprise-scale VBC programs.

This session goes beyond compliance. It’s about how trusted data can drive clinical, operational, and financial transformation across your network.
