Miranda brings over 15+ years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on healthcare IT, product strategy, and value-based care. Before returning to ReportingMD, Miranda spent over a decade at Dartmouth Hitchcock in administrative and operational roles, and later served as Director of Project Management at QliqSOFT, where she oversaw the development of secure messaging and telehealth solutions. She holds an MBA in Health Administration and a BS in Criminal Justice from Franklin Pierce University.

Larry brings 40+ years of healthcare experience to the ReportingMD team. Larry spent over 30 years as a Physician and President at Northwest Family Physicians in Upper Arlington, Ohio, before becoming Corporate Medical Director and then Chief Medical Officer at Central Ohio Primary Care. Larry also served as the System Primary Care Clinical Operations Chair for OhioHealth, as well as Chair of the Family Practice Department and chair of the hospital Primary Care Clinical Operations Council at their flagship hospital, Riverside Methodist Hospital, while also serving twice as the elected medical staff president for Riverside. Larry earned his doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.​

Mike brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare delivery, software, and payer markets.  Over 20 years ago, Mike founded ReportingMD, a population health and value-based healthcare company, in New Hampshire.  Before developing ReportingMD, Mike founded Kearsarge Healthcare Consulting, and before that, he was an administrator for payers and multi-specialty and academic medical practices.  Michael has served as director of healthcare IT and software companies and director of an EMR software company.  From the University of New Hampshire, Mike has received both a Bachelor’s degree in Health Management Policy and a Master's Degree in Health Administration.​​
